The foundation

Infrastructure is half the answer. Method is the other half.

AXION exists to close the distance between what advanced blockchain and AI can do and what regulated institutions can actually deploy. It does that with two assets that reinforce each other: sovereign-grade technology, and a proprietary method for redesigning the organization around it.

That method is ANDRA, the AI-Native Dual-Running Architecture. Most institutions can buy models and platforms. Almost none have the architecture to run them safely alongside legacy systems, regulated channels, and human judgement. ANDRA supplies exactly that.

AXION is a translational institution. It carries an idea from research to prototype, pilot, licence, and venture inside a single governed operating model.

Twin glass towers above Hong Kong's Victoria Harbour
Hong Kong headquarters

Headquartered in Hong Kong, the epicentre of innovation between East and West.

AXION is headquartered in Hong Kong, the city where Mainland China's technology depth meets the world's capital markets. Few cities bring together Mainland technology, institutional capital from every continent, and a regulator actively writing the rules for tokenized assets in one place.

That makes it the natural home for a foundation built to move ideas from lab to market. Hong Kong's digital-asset and tokenization regimes turn pilots into licensed products. ASTRI, one of our strategic partners, anchors the city's applied R&D ecosystem. And the city's capital pools give real-world asset tokenization the liquidity it needs to scale.

From here, AXION runs delivery nodes across the GCC, Asia-Pacific, and Latin America, with one headquarters setting the standard for all of them.

  • It owns a method, not just a stack

ANDRA is a named, defensible framework that clients and partners license and deploy.

  • Technology and organization ship together

Blockchain and AI arrive inside ANDRA's governance, with the operating model to run them.

  • Translational, not academic

Every research stream is paired from day one with a pilot, a licence, or a venture.

  • Reach across three growth regions

A Hong Kong headquarters with delivery nodes across the GCC and Asia-Pacific, and expansion into Latin America.

The core IP

ANDRA runs four operating states in parallel.

Value, work, and control shift toward the AI-native state without ever switching the legacy state off. It is the pattern for institutions that cannot stop, cannot start over, and cannot afford to wait.

1

Legacy operations

Systems of record and the workforce delivering value today. Retained and wrapped, never abandoned.

2

AI overlay

Copilots on unchanged processes. A waypoint: measurable gains, no operating-model change.

3

Redesigned value streams

Human-agent collaboration, a federated platform, and evaluation gates. The operating model begins to change.

4

AI-native target

Business model, data flywheel, pricing, workforce, and governance designed around AI.

Delivered in 90-day waves per business domain, mapped onto TOGAF, so it lands inside the architecture governance institutions already run.

No agent skips a rung.

Every material AI agent climbs five authority bands. Promotion is earned by evidence, never by calendar, and a threshold breach triggers automatic demotion. Select a rung to see what it takes.

What runs

Evidence to advance

The Agent Authority Card

Each production agent carries a signed card naming its principal, allowed and prohibited actions, financial authority, escalation triggers, and kill-switch owner. The platform refuses to launch an agent without one and pauses it when a threshold breaches.

The economics scorecard

Scale decisions are made on human review time, automation rate, inference cost per work unit, gross margin per work unit, and customer ROI. A pilot with happy users and negative margin is a subsidised experiment, not a success.

What we build

Four research pillars on one layered architecture.

The stack makes AXION credible to a central bank and a commercial enterprise at once. ANDRA makes it operable. Choose a layer to see what it carries.

Trusted AI
